May the Naive Bear Our Shame For Us
She smiled like everything was okay, and that she did nothing wrong by running away. The chit of a girl requested to visit home before they left. Lydia did not feel, nor will ever feel, the shame she has brought upon us with her foolish actions. To her, everything was as it should be, while we wear our fake smile and wear a pretense that burns us inside. Let her be gone, and all our anger with her. We have no more use for it; Lydia will not be back for a long time. .....wow, that rant felt pretty good. I apologize to all those who are hurt by this message, but no one can say it is not true.
Finding Walldo
How peculiar it was that they were found. Out of everyone that was searching for poor Lydia and Wickham, Mr. Darcy was the last one I would have bet on. It appears that they were hiding with an old acquaintance of Wickham's, who Darcy knew about. And when they were found, Wickham demanded money so he would even marry my sister, as if it wasn't obvious enought that he didn't want to marry her. The GALL of him. We are luck to have an uncle such as Mr. Gardiner, who was willing to pay off his debts.
